This call will provide assistance with organization, communication preparation, offering ongoing support throughout the process if necessary.
Payment is required at the time of booking for all consultation services. If clients choose to move forward with additional services, the consultation fee may be applied toward the total service cost as a partial payment.
Initial Consultation (30 minutes)

Document & Process Review
(Flat Rate)

• Detailed review of documents
• Written summary with recommendations
• Identification of missing items or delays
Ongoing Support (Hourly)
$75 – $125 per hour
• Help with paperwork and organization
• Guidance on communication with offices/insurance
• Continued administrative support as needed

Monthly Support Package
$300 – $600/month
• Up to 5 hours of support
• Priority communication (Text/Email which ever you prefer)
